This Delivery & Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of SEEDSCOPE YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, doing business as SeedScope("SeedScope", "we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or using any paid service on https://www.seedscope.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

1. Nature of the Service

SeedScope is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• AI-powered startup valuation reports

• Startup assessment and benchmarking tools

• Fundraising readiness insights

• Subscription-based access to digital dashboards and analytics

All reports, scores, and analytics are generated automatically by SeedScope’s proprietary AI software. SeedScope does not provide consulting, advisory, or any human-delivered professional services.

SeedScope does not sell or ship any physical goods.

2. Delivery of Services

2.1 Digital Delivery

All services are delivered exclusively in digital form.

Upon successful payment:

• Access is granted through the user’s SeedScope account

• Services become available via the platform interface

2.2 Delivery Time

• In most cases, access is granted immediately after payment confirmation

• In exceptional technical circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are clearly displayed on the website prior to checkout.

• All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, invoicing, and the collection of applicable sales tax and VAT on behalf of SeedScope.

• Charges may apply as:

• One-time payments (e.g., AI-generated valuation reports)

• Monthly or annual subscriptions

Payments are made in the currency displayed at checkout, which may include USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, or other currencies supported by Paddle in your region.

By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Your payment receipt and invoice will be issued by Paddle.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases made through SeedScope are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

4.1 General Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

4.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you may:

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle through the original payment method. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Refund processing times depend on Paddle’s procedures and your payment provider.

5. Consumer Right to Cancel

5.1 14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of the transaction, without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

If you cancel within this 14-day period, Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction.

5.2 Exception for Digital Content

Where a product is digital content which is immediately made available, by downloading or otherwise acquiring the product, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or applicable transmission of the digital content has begun.

By completing a purchase on SeedScope and accessing the service immediately, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right upon delivery of the digital content.

5.3 Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so through your SeedScope account settings, by contacting info@seedscope.ai, or via the Paddle customer portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Please note that the consumer right to cancel applies to the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

6. Indirect Sales Tax Refund

If you have been charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes) on your purchase and you are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon the provision of a valid sales tax registration number for your country.

7. Account Suspension & Refund Exclusion

No refunds will be issued if access is suspended or terminated due to:

• Violation of the Terms of Service

• Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use

• Attempts to manipulate or misuse the platform

8. Changes to This Policy

SeedScope reserves the right to modify this Delivery & Refund Policy at any time. Updates become effective once published on the website. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the Site.
